I started taking this just under month ago and I am please to say that it has majorly helped with my gut issues. I am on daily iron tablets and I really hated taking them as they would cause constipation and painful bloating, however since taking this once a day everything is regular and the bloating and pain has gone away. I find the taste to be really nice and not too sweet. I really like the way it melts away in your mouth.

Been using this for almost 5 months now. I purposely delayed writing a review because I wanted to be sure if it's really effective. Lo and behold, it is! I used to be really constipated, but now my bowel movements have become regular and I'm not as bloated as I used to be anymore! I also noticed that I have better skin now and the smell down there is gone! It might take some time before you see visible results, but consistency is key in everything. Overall, really great product. I unfortunately have to stop my subscription now though due to other financial priorities, but I'll definitely order again soon. this is not a paid review btw and I am definitely not a bot. just wanted to share how satisfied I am with the product :)

This is my nth box since I started in July . Its so effective my husband and youngest daughter are also taking it now . Bloating and gas gone because thats my main problem , for my spouse its constipation addressed , for my youngest daughter she simply loves it , says feels lighter taking it.
